About this role
Overview
We're looking for a Web Development Specialist to build and maintain marketing websites and landing pages for our agency's B2B technology clients. This is a hands-on production role across the three platforms our clients live on most: WordPress, HubSpot CMS (COS), and Webflow.
You should be equally comfortable building a custom WordPress theme, standing up a HubSpot CMS site with HubL templates and modules, and shipping a Webflow build with a clean CMS structure. On top of that, the modern web is increasingly about wiring things togetherâso we want someone who's strong with APIs and can move fast using the latest AI-assisted build tools (Lovable, Replit, v0, Cursor, Bolt) when the situation calls for it.
The work spans new site builds, ongoing iteration on existing client sites, landing pages for paid campaigns, and the integrations that connect those pages to the rest of the marketing stack (CRM, analytics, automations).
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client sites across WordPress, HubSpot CMS (COS), and Webflow
- Develop custom WordPress themes, blocks, and ACF-powered layouts
- Build HubSpot CMS templates, modules, and themes using HubL
- Build Webflow sites with well-structured CMS collections and reusable components
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, performant pages
- Integrate with third-party APIsâHubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Airtable, custom webhooks
- Build and connect forms, lead routing, and automation flows across CRM and marketing tools
- Use AI-assisted build platforms (Lovable, Replit, v0, Cursor, Bolt) to prototype and ship faster
- Implement analytics, conversion tracking, and tag management (GA4, GTM, HubSpot)
- Optimize for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and paid media specialists to ship fast
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (custom themes, ACF, common page builders)
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS / COS (HubL templates, modules, themes)
- Strong hands-on experience with Webflow (CMS, interactions, structured builds)
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Comfortable integrating with REST/GraphQL APIsâreading docs, handling auth, debugging payloads
- Experience using modern AI-assisted build platforms like Lovable, Replit, v0, Cursor, or Bolt
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
- Understanding of responsive design, performance, and accessibility basics
- Self-managed: can run multiple projects in parallel and hit deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B or technology brands specifically
- Familiarity with Next.js / React for occasional custom builds outside the three core platforms
- Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar low-code automation tools
- Light backend or serverless experience (API routes, edge functions, custom endpoints)
- Familiarity with Sanity, Contentful, or other headless CMS platforms
- Experience building reusable component libraries or template systems
What We're Looking For
A fast, pragmatic builder who's fluent across WordPress, HubSpot, and Webflow and treats APIs as a first-class tool, not a last resort. The right person knows when to reach for a CMS, when to build a custom integration, and when to use a vibe-coding platform like Lovable or Replit to prototype something in an afternoon. Reliability, speed, and good platform instincts matter more than deep specialization in any single framework.
